Need Effect Help!!!!
hey guys, at 20 seconds in that video, i need to know the kinda effect used and how to make it. i also use sony vegas 8.0

I didn’t see any effect at 20 seconds. Just a guy scratching a dogs head. There are film effects used in the video and some of the colors blow out for transitions. You could start with the Film Effects and Film Grain. The dark vignette border can be done by compositing at Gradient Media Generator on a top track. Blowing out the image can be achieved with the Glow FX. What is it exactly you wanted to do?
