Need Dolby Logo Use Agreement if not using the logo?
I read the post about the use of the official DVD video and the Dolby (double D) logo, so I understand what I need to do for those.
One question I have is, if I don’t intend to use the “Dolby double D” logo, but I want to mention Dolby Digital on the DVD back cover, do I need to have an agreement in place? Does “trademark” mean the logo design, or the use of the words, Dolby Digital?

Yes. You would need to send them a sample and get approval first.
