    Hi there!

I am an editor looking for some help in the world of audio mixing.

Basically I’m trying to make my video ready for broadcasting on television. To do this, I need the audio to be mixed according to the R128 rule.

From what I now, it must be -1 dBTP and -23 LUFS.

I tried some quick fixes (with match volume), but was not successful. What is a clean and proper way to do this? I have Adobe Audition, do I need plugins?

    Thanks in advance!

    Roan

Youtube has some information pertaining to R128 Loudness settings.
