Native Codec = No Render?
hi guys,
I have a rendering issue. I am currently working at a small startup Television station doing motion graphics in after effects. these AE graphics are always sent to the editors to place into the shows. when the editors add these graphics to their timelines in FCP, they always have to render. This eats up a lot of precious time.
When i first started, all of the graphics needed to be rendered in FCP but i quickly realized that rendering as DV NTSC, which I understand is considered the ‘Native Codec’, would resolve this issue. However, many times these graphics include alpha channel data which i render in the animation codec (quality on High, not Best) and therefore hit the render wall. I need a solution to save time because the editors are breathing down my neck about it daily and i must watch them suffer.Darqlight on the Rise…
