    Hello!
I’m trying to make a nameplate for a tv-program we’re making at work but i now have a problem.

In premiere i’ve made a sequence for the nameplate itself, the sequence consists of an animated background and 2 Titles above it. I made it this way so that when i need a nameplate i could just edit the titles and drag this sequence on to the timeline.
The problem is when i need more than one nameplate and change the titles all of the nameplates i’ve used change too. Is there some way around this or am i just missing something?

    Sincerely, Ronny

If I understand your question correct, the animated background is not changing but the titles.
When you change exsisting titles you have to click first on the T symbol in the upper left corner of the title window. Then you have to give a new name for the new title and than you can change the title. If you use this workflow the old title remains the same under the old title name.

    Good luck

It worked perfectly after clicking the “New title based on current title”-button.

    Thank you for your help!
