NAB report – Rololight?

Hi Bob,
Not going to be much help. I did see in TV Tech Magazine where Rololights won an award. I spent quite a bit of time in the Lighting/Grip area at NAB and didn’t see them.

Also, I wanted to post to your post about NAB gear a while ago, but never got around to it. Sorry.
But I didn’t see much new in the way of new lighting gear at NAB. don’t get me wrong, lots of cool stuff, just nothing that new. But obviously I missed the Rololight. 🙂

Desisti & Arri have some lights that employ a new technology in the ballast the use less power and produce more light. DeSisti also have a Florencent package to use for a keylight background that have blue and green Tubes in the fixtures, so you can change keys with the flip of a switch.

Dedo had some cool new stuff, but not sure how much anyone would care about them. (expense wise)
I didn’t Look at the Lowel Booth.
Kino, Mole, and K5600 were steady on.
