Aside from Adobe acquiring Macromedia, has Adobe announced any updates or improvements to PPro or AE at NAB this year?

My guess is that they will do it tomorrow or after in order to let the merger settle in first – too much info on one day means something gets overwhelmed.

I highly doubt that Adobe will be updating the video suite. Give it about 6 months or so.

Adobe recently announced the release of Creative Suite 2 and from history, the video suite is released 6 months after the CS release.
