Mystery image in program monitor panel?
Hello!
I’m pretty new to Premier Pro and I’m having an odd problem. Well, it’s odd for me anyway…
I was editing the position of some clips in effect controls panel and then I started having this image pop up in the program monitor. It’s a still image from one of my clips. I have no idea why it’s popping up, but it happens every time I click on any clip, regardless of where the play head is at the time.
I thought the default behavior of the program window was to show what’s going on in the sequence at the current position of the play head? How did I get to this problem? And how do I get back to that default behavior?

I figured out the issue. It was the whole “scale to fit” problem. The “mystery image” was an exaggerated zooming in.
