Mysterious disappearing audio –
Why can I only hear the clips I’ve digitized when I have my capture window open?
I suspect this may be a simple set – up problem – but since everything has been fine I can’t figure out why it suddenly started…
I can see the audio on the meters, and the audio exports with video – but I cannot hear audio from the timeline or direct from the clips unless the log and capture window is open. (Never seen this one.)

You may have the picture, and so the audio, to monitor through FireWire or so.

I think it fixed itself when I unplugged the camera – which I was using as a deck. Does that sound logical?
