  Mysterious blue shadow/glow in dynamically linked file

  I’m processing some footage here at work and I’m getting a weird blue shadow in some live action. I checked the original file and premier pro file and neither has this issue… Any ideas what could be causing it? Any thoughts on how to remove it?

  

  (It’s around his hands and shows up when he is moving them.)
