My tilda key doesn’t work on OSX
Hey guys
im new on a mac and am using AE7. I am trying to make full screen my composition window, but my tilda key (to the left of the number 1) on my mac keyboard doesn’t work. I don’t really remember what the tilda sign looks like, but the key i used to press, on this keyboard, has 2 symbols on it, A plus and minus sign under it, and a weird looking scribble (

Like a lot of adobe apps, the shortcuts are optimized only for american qwerty layouts.
the Tilde is the little wave you find on a spanish N as in “jalape

Try SHIFT-(and the key to the left of Z)

don’t feel bad
i and a few others are having the same problem on the PC side as well
adobe says it can’t happen
so we have learned to live without the ~ function
