    Hello,

we produced a little spot in which we implement a Star Wars fight. This scene was filmed in front of a green screen and the background is 3d modelled.
Our big problem is, that the pictures are too dark and you can hardly identify the persons in the scene. If we lighten up the persons, we looses too much contrast and there is much noise in it.

we tried a lot to solve the problem, but we didn’t get a good result.

Maybe someone has some hints. this would be great.

    Thanks a lot,

    Robert.

I’m with Andy. The image is crushed. There is little detail in the flesh tones, and virtually zero detail in the robe. You may not be able to salvage it as you’d like to. You can try to apply some noise reduction, but the robe will always look wrong.

Was this shot “corrected” before it was composited? Can you post a camera-original frame?
