As I pursue building my Video Clip Library and undertaking a new task of editing I truly respect the passion and the talents that arise. I want my clips to shine and inspire thought and ideas. I want to build those who will take serious look what is in my video vault.

I think to myself well I learn not to just cut footage into clips but give it a hand in edits that will inspire and prove my clips to be worthy in todays projects.

The times have changed sense I was full bore into the Motion Picture Industry and then the new world of the video medium and programing.

Those wonderful people who have taken the time in leading me into a direction with specific motion graphics contibutes to my life with knowledge and the saving of precious time.

Back when our industry was one big family and we lived on the lots and studios and we earned the respect of each other. I am sure this is still true today. For me those I knew have moved on into the next horizon or we just lost tough. How then does one begin in todays world of Internet establish the repour and professional respect?

I am real new to forums and with joy my expierence here is wonderful for I wish to get up to speed.

Today seems that the new market place is the Internet and the video revolution that appears to be exploding. How and where does one look to carve a nitch into this evolution?

Lot to learn about this editing and how to use these tools. The talent I have seen here and continuing to see is marvelous.

I would hope that there will be those who will take the time to visit my simple Web Enviorment and would love to hear back and right on the chin your thoughts

    Thank you

You may want to consider placing some of your clips on web sites that sell stock footage such as iStockVideo, pond5 or revostock.

Hay Steve thanks for the suggestions. Most of all the time you take to respond. Your suggestions do have merit but I am uneasy at this time. When I have emailed questions I do not get solid answers and I need solid answers.

I do have a strategy with the marketing of my clips..To specific end users. I must follow my thoughts for I do believe I will begin to realize cash flow.

I am having fun with trying to learn editing and what I can do with my promo videos.

video flight production is only two months new and I must go with my ideas and marketing thoughts. I have unveiled a path and I feel real good about the results.

The talent is wonderful and many as myself are seeking alternative ways to market what they worked hard to obtain in footage. If my methods work then I will be glad to share with others wanting to pursue the same as I.

If anyone wants to go to my site and send me an email about what footage they have I have a page called showcase. I will be glad to put small bios of what footage they have. I have a friend at the moment who is a composer so I have some of his tracks on my clips and an introduction.
If by chance I get an email request for footage you have then I will email you and can work out details what wouuld be fare for us both.
Integrity is the essence of all we wish to do and be and for the world to turn.

I am building this site I do not have a team of yet so please take this into consideration.

There are no big bells and whisles on my site just straight forward.

Creative marketing is what is needed in my opinion for little guys like me. Otherwise your suggestions might be good for those who do not have the time..

    Thanks again for your time.
