  My mouse and wacom are acting weird in PS But not in image ready or Ill I need help

  hello guy,

  When ever i use the brush too or clone or stamp or anythin similar it acts crazy it starts to draw then a vertical like made by the brush appears as if the tool was posesed hehe.

  I tried in image ready but the brush works fine and in Ill no such prob.

  I tried with a regular mouse and i had the same prob

  I reinstalled my computer and the prob is still happening.

  If you guy know what is wrong plz let me know.
