    My Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle is dead

    Hi! My Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 is dead. It doesn’t get recognized by the system and, above all, it gets extremely hot when I connect it to my USB 3.0 plug.

    Can I have some instructions to get a RMA? The seller told me to ask Blackmagic, but the customer service seems not to answer my emails. I live in Italy.

    Blackmagic sent me a new unit. It perfectly works and I’m very happy 🙂
    Also, I noticed it works even better than before: the system is more stable and I don’t get the BSOD I used to get sometimes. So I guess my previous unit had more than one issue.
