My 3D boxes don’t have shadows

You can set up a Null and put a slider control on it (Effects > Expression Controls > Slider Control) then link the amplitude of the wiggle to the slider (pick whip it) and keyframe the slider.

You can do the same thing for the frequency as well if you like.
