    again mxf:

I want to deliver an mxf with Avid DNxHD-Codec(originating from a ProRes-Master).
I choose the according settings in the deliver-tab. resolve outputs the file.
…but mfx4mac can´t play it. also, if we want to import it into resolve, the file can´t be chosen from the list at all. so there´s something wrong – but what?

[Eric Sternberger] “I choose the according settings in the deliver-tab.”

Can you furnish us with the exact details of how the export was configured?

    Yikes.

The MXFOP1A container is a Sony XDCam-centric option designed for XDCAMHD codecs, so I really doubt that DNX would be a viable choice. Choose the plain vanilla MXF for DNX or if you really need to deliver an OP1, then it is more likely that you should be choosing an XDCam422HD codec.

This should work. I just rendered a DNxHD 1080p 36 8 bit file with 4 audio tracks in MXF OP1A format and Resolve sees it properly. I don’t have mxf4mac, so not sure about that.

I repeated the test with your 1080I 220 10 bit selection, and that worked fine as well.

What version of Resolve are you on?

Non OP1A works! OP1A with DNxHD in it does´t work (on my machine)
