MX70 Capabilties
I’m new at this forum. I have a client wanting to use a 2 M/E Video Switcher. Does the Panasonic fill this bill? Is it a 2 M/E video switcher?

No it is not. Take a look at the Ross or Older Grass Valleys for this functionality.
