  • Muting audio during capture?

Posted by Rob Webster on June 7, 2006 at 2:24 am

Is it possible, while capturing with Premiere Pro 2.0, to not monitor the audio while capturing? I want to capture in the background (quietly) while working on something else I need to hear, so turning my speakers off isn’t an option. I poked around a little looking for a way to do this. Is it right under my nose?

  • It shoud be at the right bottom of your screen. An Icon that looks like a Speaker. If you right click it you should be able to call up a window that gives you the mute function for the input you are using. You can also open up control panel, and find the same settings under the sound icon.
