Music video transition plugins
I’m trying to recreate music video transitions that I have seen in this music video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGXjvdK4quoSpecifically, some of the color transitions like at 0:09 and at 1:17
Does anyone know how I can do this in Premiere either through plug-ins or through in house transitions?

It looks like they used film burn or film clutter stock footage, they set the opacity to overlay and placed it on top of the music video edits. Google film burn effect to see a tutorial on how to do it.
