  music video for enhanced music CD

  Can someone please recommend a format tha I shoud use to compress a music video about 1:44 in length that needs to be delivered to a CD duplication house. The video will be included on a music CD and I’m told I’ll have almost 200MB available on the CD after the music. Is there a universal format that works best for this application? thanks!
