Music release form
I’ve a number of small music artists/bands that are willing to give me a large number of music pieces to use as we see fit, royalty and rights free, with only payment being crediting for the company mixing/producing the songs. Does anyone have a blanket talent release form that I may use as a template to ensure we’re not sued in case someone changes their mind? email me at le*****@***il.com

Try the business and marketing forum. This is more like something you would see posted there, I think you will have better results.
