Music playback slower than it should be
I dropped an audio file into AE so I could design a promo around it but when I do a RAM preview the audio is played back slower than it should be, obviously, this is a big problem. I tried using a m4a, aif, and a wav file but it did the same thing with both of those.
I’m trying to use is just the audio, there is no video that goes with it. Sometimes when I go to do a RAM preview the audio plays back at the right speed for maybe a 1/4 second then I can hear it slow down.
Also, I’m am currently using 3 of my available 4GB of RAM in After Effects, I’ve heard that this can be the problem…?? I have the newest MacBook Pro, 4GB, 2.8GHz, and OS 10.5.5; how do I get AE to use all 4GB of RAM. (If this will solve the problem.)
This problem is killing me!
