Hello, I’m currently preparing a film for delivery to a distributor and they’re asking for the master video file with 10 tracks of audio. Ch1&2 Stereo, Ch3&4 M&E Tracks, Ch5-10 5.1 Tracks. I’ve set up my timeline as multitrack, made tracks mono etc. I’ve brought in the files and I can see the waveforms and see levels when I play back. But if I solo tracks 3-7 I hear nothing. Both Tracks 1 & 2 are fine if soloed. I also tried exporting the audio file and importing it into Audition and I have the same problem, 1&2 are fine, I can’t hear the rest. What am doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

What audio hardware are you using for monitoring? Do you have all channels patched in preferences?

    System:
    Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
    Win 7 64-bit
    32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2017.1 (as of 8/2017)
    256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from UHD MP4, HD MP4, and HD P2 MXF.
