I am not a big Mac guy, so this is a problem for me. Running Leopard 10.5.8, I ran an update to bring Quicktime from 7.4.1 to 7.6.4. But for some reason if I open a WMV file using Flip4Mac, it opens in the previous version. Everything else opens in the new version. But the weird part is the older version shows info from new version when I click on About. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Flip4Mac. How do I get rid of this older Quicktime?

If I remember, I believe the Free Flip4Mac needs the older Quicktime to run … at the moment.

Until they make a new update. I would just leave it alone … unless it really bothers you. There may be a work around. … someone can post for you.
