    Hi Everyone,

I am having issues with three different versions of After Effects crashing when I try to open a project (2014, 2018, and 2019). Anytime I try to scroll through my composition, it crashes immediately–won’t even give me time to look at any corrupt layers to delete. Any suggestions on how to solve this?

    My specs:

    Thank you very much,
    Kel

The last time I had smth like that was when I had a path value copied to a clipboard.
That is cured by copying anything else to clipboard.

Try also setting the caps lock key to on before you open the file- this will keep it from trying to render.

And holding the Shift key while a project loads will prevent Ae from opening any comps.
