multiple users Cleaner not working
Just wondering if there is a fix for this.
Running Mac Pro 2 x 3 ghz with 3 user accounts . Installed Autodesk Cleaner 6.5 but cannot run it in all accounts. we get an error saying batch file in use, and darkens everything out.
This is the only program we cannot access in all accounts.
I’m posting here because there is no “Cleaner” forum

Hello Mark,
It could be a problem with the permission setting of the cleaner app. If I am not mistaken, you’re using Autodesk Cleaner 6.5?
Anyway, the user account the you were using when you installed the app normally has the default permission to read and write. Try setting the mode of your “cleaner folder” in the applications folder to chmod777.
See if it works.
