I’ve captured multiple videos (100+), the Decklink Extreme appears to have recorded 12 tracks of audio in each case (24-bit Integer (Big Endian), Mono, 48.000 kHz), with only tracks 1 and 2 with audio. I need to do a number of things:
delete the 10 spare audio tracks
combine tracks 1 and 2 to form a stereo pair
setup the decklink so that it never does this again.

    Hi,

Look under the “Clip Settings” tab in the Log and Capture window. You can turn off audio tracks you don’t wish to capture by clicking on the little speaker icon next to each track.

Configuration of audio tracks in the timeline to mono or stereo pairs is available in the sequence settings option (CMD-0) in the “Audio Output” tab.

When you digitise you need to uncheck tracks 3 upwards in the Clip Settings part of the digitise window. Not sure how you’ll delete the tracks you don’t need except by bringing them up one by one and doing it like that. Stereo pair will mean linking them (Shift + L) and then panning track 1 hard left & track 2 hard right in the viewer window.
