I am using Tiger 10.4. Here’s my issue. I am accessing the internet through DSL, no problem. I have a .mac account, I can send mail no problem from this account. Now the problem is with my POP account. It can receive no problem. I can not send. I run Connection Doctor everything is ok. I have tried to send on .mac SMTP server, I have tried using DSL mail server, this does not work either. I called Apple, no real help, called POP mail ISP, Eacg seems to say it is the others issue, that is not on their end. Please help me this account I am unable to send on is my main email. I have had it since 1998. Please help me.

As always thanks in advance for your reply to my Post,

    Sebastian

Is it your ISP or your .Mac account that you cannot send from? Recently, a lot of ISPs started blocking the default port for outgoing mail to stop spamming. SBC Yahoo! DSL never warned me, they just turned the port off!
