    Hey,

Hopefully someone on her will be able to help me…

I’ve edited a 30 minute film in premiere CS5 and I will use Encore to author to DVD. Have done this many times. However, the final DVD is required to have the option to watch it in 7 different languages. The idea being, the first menu screen will be the choice of languages. Each of the languages will be recorded as a seperate voice over that can then be placed over the footage.

How can I achieve this? At first I thought I’d have to import the film avi into encore 7 times and then attach each voice over track to one of the avi’s. But then I realised that would never work, because it would never fit on a single dvd disc. Not even a dual layer disc.

So, how do I do this?

Any guidence would be greatly appreciated.

FYI, I’m using Windows 7 and Adobe CS5.

    Many thanks,
    Chris.

You just need the one video track and 7 separate audio tracks, then from your language menu you use the “Specify Link” link along with the “Change audio” selection to the required track number.
