multiple in and outs on the same clip
I want to make a number of different in and out points on a single clip. I know I can do that in the source window by dragging down the clips into a timeline. My question: is there any way to mark different in and out points from a single clip but without dragging each marked clipped to the timeline? I’m using CS5.

The only thing I can think of is to create sub-clips for each selection you make in the source panel. That way, each selection will become a separate item in your project panel to use as and when you are ready to use it.
