I just upgraded from CS3 to CS5. I mainly use InDesign. I have a simple question.

I am trying to have two layouts open at the same time. When I open the second one the first one disappears. If I close the second one, the first one appears. But I need to see both for comparison purposes.

    Thanks,

    Rich

I don’t have CS5, but I think there should be “tabs” at the top of the comp window when you have more than one document open. You should be able to “rip off” one of the tabs with your mouse to make an independent window of the document. In addition, I believe there is a preference setting related to this as well.
