    Hi all,

I’m rendering some scenes and trying to make use of the multipass render option to give me seperate mattes for different objects. Setup is fine and the seperate mattes render fine. However, i’ve found that when two objects that contain alpha channel texture maps overlap there is no antialiasing in the overlapping area.

Anyone got a solution ? I hope this makes sense.

    Cheers,

    Andy

Once you import into AE or whatever compositing program the rough edges go away. It freaked me out the first time I saw it in a stand alone Quicktime. It is just the alpha.
