    anyone using multiclip in 5.1?

i’ve got true 24fps clips merged w 8-track DEVA audio,
and i;m having a heck of a time getting them to multiclip properly.

    short version:

the Multiclips are out of sync.
i suspect it;s due to the audio having a different start time to the video.

when i make a SUBCLIP of the synced clips from the timeline (as opposed to MERGING them), the audio is trimmed to length of the picture.

i CAN make multiclips from those.

    is this common?

i’m wary of making every clip in the move a subclip.

    thanks,
    nick

I don’t believe you can make multiclips with double system audio. You’d have to media manage or export and reimport new mrried media.

    All the best,
