Does anyone know where to find / how to use the Multiclip Timecode Offset Control?

In other words, I have three clips in the Viewer, one of them is out of sync with the other two and I feel I should be able to grab it and slip it into sync but I’m stumped.
I’m sure this is one of those ‘easy when you know how’ things – but it’s killing me coz I don’t know how, nor can I see it referenced in the manual or in ‘Help’.

    Fingers crossed.

Control-Shift and with the scrubbing hand move the frame in the multiclip. It moves the current frame in relation to the multiclip.
