  Multiclip Reconnect Issue

  Hi All,

  I’ve searched the forum and haven’t quite found the answer to this question.

  I have an editor who had been working with an interview he had made into a few multiclips. We work off of portable hard drives and I got him a new terabyte drive and moved all his media onto it. This wasn’t a Media Manager thing, I just put all the media on this new drive and he reconnected. When he went into his multiclips, they were all out of sync.

  Two questions:
  1) Why did this happen?
  2) Can this be fixed without remaking the multiclips because they have already been edited into his sequence?

  We are working off of FCP 6.0.1.
