Multiclip problem. Please Help!
Hi everyone,
I am using the multiclip function for the first time and am having a problem. I have made my multiclip and followed all the instructions to the letter in the manual.
However, I am having trouble getting to the stage where I cut this in real time. I have set up my keyboard shortcuts and can cut between angles in the timeline but cannot find out how to get the video to run in the timeline and canvas at the same time so I can see when I should cut.
I have the multiclip playback option in the RT pop up menu switched on and the playhead sync is open.
im not sure what “double click a sequence containing multiclips to open it in the timeline AND canvas” means.

there is a setting in your viewer where you can selecet the “open”function.
The top of your viewer window has three selection buttons, the left one is your picture size, the one on the right is you Alpha channel selector and the one in the middle is the “SYNC,OPEN, GANG” function. You want to select open.
Then it will show all fo the clips that are running and the one that is being laid down on the timeline is the one outlined in blue.
It’s a great function and helps us out a ton.
