Multiclip Editing with nested items

November 25, 2008 at 7:51 pmHi All,
Just finished shooting a project where we recorded straight to hard drive, one of those portable jobs designed for cameras. Basally it captures the files in 1.95gb chunks, so I have 10 files from a shoot. I have the other camera in the same way. Ive put them in the order and nested them, but cant see a way of making the resulted nests in to multiclips. Is there a way of doing this im missing or is it just not possible to multiclip edit with nested items.
Many Thanks
Francis

November 25, 2008 at 8:06 pmNot possible. Export the sequence as a new clip, then reimport it and make multiclips out of that.

November 25, 2008 at 11:49 pmI’ve never tried it myself but you might be able to export the nests and reference clips.
In any case, I’d be breaking this project up into more manageable segments or reels.bogiesan
