Activity Forums Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy Multiclip edit

I know how to create a multiclip and do a multiclip edit but I want my multiclip to be about 70 minutes long. I have three tracks and each track has 2-3 tapes. I synced all three tracks with my final Audio on my 4th track. I inserted slugs at the tape change voids. I trimmed the front of each track so they all start at the same point.

My question is, do I need to make a self contained movie for each track so the 2 tapes and slug are combined into one movie so I can do the traditional multiclip edit or can I somehow drag each track back into the browser and not have to make a self contained movie? I’m working in Pro Res HQ so that will make around 300Gigs which I don’t have room for.
