This is only my second attempt at a MultiClip Edit. I did a 3 camera edit once before with great results.

I am now editing a music video with 13 different shots. I have done a lot of planning to have my shots named and numbered just right. (1-13). When I ask FCP 7 to make all of the clips a MultiClip, they do not come out in the correct order. Instead of 1-13 now they are: 02, 03, 04, 07, 08, 10, 12, 13, 01, 05, 06, 09, and 11. I have tried giving them different names, like 1, 2, 3, etc. with no luck.

Any suggestions on how to make the MultiClip conform to my shot numbers?

    Thanks in advance,

    Jeff

Got the answer from Tom Wolsky…

Assign the Angle numbers in the Angle column in the browser before you make the multiclip.

    Thanks Tom!
