    hi,
i’m wondering if it’s possible to view two video tracks simultaneously in the canvas – i’m creating a 2 channel video installation, and need to be able to edit two video channels to correspond to one another – therefore i need to be able to see my edits simultaneously in the canvas, not one at a time like multicam mode allows for. any ideas?

Not possible. They’d have to be a split screen or something as part of a single sequence.

How about creating a “two window” picture in picture so you can see both images simultaneously?
Once you’re done, you can “remove attributes”, output each track as a separate sequence, and you should be good to go.

that sounds like a great idea – any idea how i go about this?
it’s hdv footage – so hard on the cpu, i’m assuming this would involve a good deal of rendering probably…
