I have two video streams in multicam editing mode. If I click on each video view in the preview window vegas creates a new event and switches from one camera to the other.

How do I delete such a switch? I cannot figure it out. I switched to a cam but I no longer want that switch. I want to get back to the original stage, with no splits, so that the old section is seamless. I don’t want the switch to remain, because it messes around with my ability to add pan zoom effects.

    Thanks

Delete the right-hand event created by the split and drag the left edge of the previous clip out to fill the gap.
