  Multicam workflow questions

  Spent the day doing my first multicam edit. It went OK for the most part. I’m wondering, however, if there is an article or “how to” guide for setting up a good workflow for multicam editing? Checked Ken Stone’s site but didn’t find anything. I’m pretty sure that I saw an article somewhere a while ago, but I can’t remember just where I ran across it. In particular, I’m looking for information on realtime cutting.
  Any suggestions out there?
