Multicam: Vegas Multicam or Production Assistant?

I would try it both ways and see if you can tell any difference. Vegas may be smart enough to use the full resolution when downconverting. If it does, then it doesn’t matter which project setting you choose. I did some testing this evening and I couldn’t see a difference so maybe it doesn’t matter in Vegas. I thought it would upconvert and then downconvert but maybe it’s not (or maybe it is but it’s doing it so well that you can’t tell?).
