am a noob on FCP. Know how to do this quickly on Vegas but not in FCP: Can I take existing TRACKS, which are already synced etc, and use the Multiclip feature?

FWIU, multiclip usually requires one to select the clips in the browser, then create the multiclip and edit. My problem is everything is already on the timeline – I just want to speed up the edit. I assume I can change the zoom on the tracks, move them around in the viewer etc, but that isn’t as fast or smooth as proper multiclip / multicam editing.

Also, the kind people who shot the material decided not to sync the timecode of the 2 cameras, and just stopped and started at a whim. MUCH fun on a 6 DVD edit. very kind people.

    🙁
