Multicam Live internet Streaming
hey guys so i have a client that wants to shoot a multicam event and broadcast it live on the internet. He has a switches box that im not totally sure what the specs are on it but he tells me he has only HD-SDI out and that somehow needs to go into a computer to stream live. What aja product would be able to handle this job? would i need something in-between to put hdsdi in and firewire out? it would also have to probably down convert to SD as well since streaming Hd online probably is difficult… any ideas??? would you need a macpro with an aja card or can the aja ki pro handle it with a laptop? any ideas and if you know of another product thats not aja made that could do the job, that would be useful as well..
