  Multicam edit difficulties…

  Good morning:
  2 clips, both shot with Canon HG20, all recording settings the same.
  Log & transfer to external hard drive for use in FCP7.
  Imported both clips into FCP7.
  Set “Multiclip Playback” in RT.
  Set canvas to “Open”.
  Used Pluraleyes as instructed, after watching all the tutes at their website.
  All rates the same: 1920×1080, 29.97fps, Apple Prores 422, data rates slightly different (17.3MB/sec and 17.2MB/sec)
  Synced.
  Brought sync’d sequence into Viewer.
  Showed two windows to choose from, as expected, but Canvas and Viewer returned to “Sync Off”.
  Reset to “Open”.
  Only one view in Viewer.
  Where have I erred?
  Your help will be much appreciated.
