  Multicam CS5.5 Issue

  So I am editing a project with multi-cam in cs 5.5. Because I was editing on a slower system I had to export the raw files at a lower resolution and do the multicam cut with those. Now I am looking to re-link the hi res footage. Now I thought I could simply change the sequence resolution, but since that doesn’t seem to be a possibility any suggestions? I know usually you would just copy the cut to a new sequence with the higher res, but since its a multicam that would mean I would have to do the same with the sync sequence as well and then the multicam sequence wouldn’t be linked to the hi res sync sequence. any suggestions? or have I went about this totally the wrong way and screwed myself?
