I’m getting ready to purchase the new Panasonic HD Plasma
    monitor model # TH-50PH9UK.

How well does the multibridge extreme map to the pixels on the panasonic?

I’m using a dell 24″ lcd right now.

We do mostly 720P work, and this monitor is slightly higher than 720P.
Does it map it pixel for pixel through HDMI?

The Panasonic Plamsa will look BEAUTIFUL – this is the montior used by Blackmagic at the NAB show (it was used by everyone else also).

this monitor can easily display 1366×768, which is what is required for 720p work.

    Thanks for the reply Bob.

Does it map it perfectly for HDMI as well as component analog?
(it only comes with component analog built in as i understand it)

SD looks ok, but the best looking LCD/Plasma for STANDARD DEF is the Panasonic 26″ BT-LH2600W LCD monitor, which was designed specifically for applications like this. But I realize that you want a 50″ monitor – and you will be happy with the TH50.

On another note: we’re idly talking about getting a big plasma for 1080p display over the HDlink with HDMI. Anyone delved into that?
