    Hello,

In convertor mode when the Machine is connected to the computer, using USb you can control te red light and make it flash and/or dim down.

Also the battery supply you were running could of possbily damaged the unit somehow, is it a high pitched sound, fan spinning inside the unit ?

    Thanks,

    Leo

Thanks fot the response!!! I am not using it a convertor mode. I am using it as a Capture, Playback. The noise is like a clicking sound!! and is in sync with the red blinking light!!! and I can not hear any fan noise. It just blink whether is connected to the computer or alone without any cables plug in to it!!! Can I use another power supply to verify if it is damage?

    Hello,

I am not to sure what the clciking could indicate, best to get it checked by your dealer or BlackMagic. You would have to test it with the power supply with the unit, as you would void the warranty if you use another power supply as it may damage the unit beyond repair.

    Thanks,

    Leo

    Hi,

It’s most likely faulty and should be replaced if you have not contacted your reseller yet.
